Keiichi is a self conscious college student who believes he can't get a girlfriend because he is too short. That changes when he makes a wish and Belldandy suddenly is bound to him.
Morisato Megumi
Keiichi's 1 year younger sister who is easy going and happy Keiichi finally found a gir.
Skuld
Belldandy's younger sister who hopes to break up her sister and Keiichi so she can return home.
Tamiya
As Keiichi's sempai and former roommate at Nekomi Tech's Men's Dorm, Tamiyu tends to act first and ask questions later.
Urd
Second class goddess, Urd is Belldandy's older sister and does everything within her power to help Keiichi make a move on Belldandy.
